    tHE CLOSING TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN IT SHOULD HAVE. mANY QUESTIONS RAISED LATE IN THE PROCESS RESULTED IN DELAYS THAT KLED TO HIGHER POINTS BEING CHARGED UNNECESSAIRILY.
