Some details were changed even when it wasn't necessary or requested that made the process inefficient. In the end everything worked out and Waterstone was easy to work with.
The process was fast and easy. Oscar was communitive and knowledgable.

It was ok because getting a mortgage from anyone would not be characterized as great unless the interest rate was under 3%. No fault of agent.
