The communication could be much better. It does not seem that the communication between the office personnel is there, nor does it seem the communication with the customer is there. We were told things were good and ready , when they were not....

Great experience Sam helped with many different questions and was always available he helped any way he could I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy person
