I wouldve love too to recieve the original offer not get changed up last second when they didn't propose a solution that would work or notify me the numbers will change based on my situation

The only thing that keeps me from giving Ryan a 5 out of 5 is that when our final home loan purchase was presented to us including the interest rate for the 30 year loan, he told us the rate and didn't pause to explain why it was .15% more....

There may have been factors out of Ryan's control and it may not have been in the company's best interest, but I wish more care was taken to get us the most favorable APR rate and not slip a higher one in at the last minute. At least a warning...
