I never met Ryan .I thought my loan officer was Donald. I believe there was a disconnect and failed communication. However the job is done the loan has gone through. Im a New home owner this makes me Happy.
Overall, the process was easy and moved quickly. Everyone was knowledgeable and thouroughly explained each step of the process. We had an excellent experience. Thank you!
