Asa first time homebuyer, there were a few instances where I could have used more communication regarding the process and how certain numbers were being calculated.

My rating on the experience has nothing to do with how Envoy handled the home sale, it was "Okay" considering all of life's other circumstances! lol. Running business, dealing with moving & crappy inattentive landlords + rude management companies...

My wife and I were first time home buyers. Nothing about Ryan or his helping us reflected that. The amount of communication from Ryan was absolutely minimal and when there was communication it was in a manner that was not clear and understanding....

Ryan had already been helping us for quite a while, on & off, until we finally found our townhouse. After that, he was very helpful in answering our questions and giving us his professional opinions and advice. Many of these conversations happened...

Closed in 15 days. However communication could have been much better, which would have greatly reduced the stress of a 15 day close.

Ryan was good at communicating and being available whenever I had questions
