Worked with Ryan on the other side of a deal, I was the listing agent. He is incredibly hard to get in touch with, communication lagged and stalled multiple times. We had to push closing out due to his lack of communication.
Ryan's hard work and dedication to helping me understand the loan process and my options. I feel he is honest and has good integrity.

Don't wait until the last minute to take classes so there's not a big rush be more detailed on the steps
