ryan was easy to work with, quick to respond and not pushy . I actually talked to another loan officer there a few months back and he was horrible . I happened to call back b/c of the rate advertised on credit karma and glad Ryan was the one...

Ryan did an amazing job. Give the man a raise. I was fairly annoying asking questions but he answered every single one and handled a curveball from the seller well.

Ryan is an amazing loan office, he has helped me multiple times with refinance earlier too. Best part going with Northpointe bank is competitive rates, eqsy loan process.

The were great and very helpful. just felt that maybe the helpfulness dropped once under contract. Ryan was great but had some confusing emails from his team that were had to get answered or clarification.
