Response of communication could've been better. When they needed something it needed to be instantaneous, but when we requested an update it could take 2-3 days or longer before we received information.
Overall it was ok. This was our first house purchase, and honestly hope I never have to go through it again! There was days we went without any communication, and then I find out my supervisor was getting text messages that were meant for me....
