Ruth and Crystal were AMAZING!! They were both very communicative and did an outstanding job keeping me in the loop of where we were in the process. Bravo to those two ladies! My issue was with underwriting. I feel as though it took forever...

Communication was okay in the beginning but near the end was not so great. I have had not so good experiences with several Naf lenders. I make the best of them due to my clients.

They were very quick about everything, especially after Freedom Mortgage was slow to respond and gave us a horrible rate after being loyal customers for 10 years.
