Working with Russ was great! He made the process easy and answered all the questions I had, and was very patient while I worked on my credit to get the best rate!

I would say everything was a bit hectic with my wife's surgery, but you and everyone involved helped to reduce a lot of stress. The fact you all were able to come to us for the closing was a blessing!
