Good communication and timely completion of the entire prosses.

Russ made it an easy experience for me and my wife. He broke everything down that we may of had questions about. He's just awesome overall and we couldn't have done anything if it wasn't for him being patient and working with us.

Russ got me the preapproval letter the same day, which was key to getting a house in this market. The interest rate is off the charts good as well. Russ was available to answer any questions I had.
