Great guy.
Everything went really well and he was really fast to get the refinance done
Rudy worked with us even when we weren’t sure we wanted to refinance a while back.
The electronic signing made it easy and quick. Email communication was great.
Was very helpful and when I needed more information my call was returned the same day or no later than the next. We would work with Rudy again. Very helpful on anything that was needed.

Yes, communication was difficult. I had to call several times trying to get updates. I would send information requested of me. Wait and then another request, and so on. My daughter who was buying a home in Tucson started a loan within days...
