The process was easy during the pandemic
Ended up with a much better rate than I started after my refinance. Thanks to Rudy for his hard work and help to get this done. Really helps my family out a lot during these economic struggles we’re having

First CD was erroneously inflated by almost $5K in closing costs. Didn't get revised version for a about a week, after my rate lock expired. Couldn't get a confirmation of rate lock extension for several days despite multiple requests/follow-ups....
