Roy Taylor, as if you guys don't know that already!
Draper&Kramer are so efficient, and they made it so easy for us. We had a tight timeframe, and D&K hit all the checkpoints and made it seamless for us. Quick close, quick move, good communication.
Roy is very friendly and made everything easy. My only suggestion would be to make sure he makes you aware when he's running your credit. I had an emergency and had to make a large purchase on my credit card. They ran my credit without warning...
