    The online process was quick and easy to be able to submit all of our information and to sign documents. We were informed via email for all the steps. The closing process was done at home and was easier than in the past.

    With COVID going on I expected the process to take longer which I had no issue with. I liked the fact that I could just upload documents and communicate via email. Made it very painless.
