This is the second time we have refinanced dropping our percentage rate 2% points the last 18 months. Ross is always very communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly. In fact everyone Ive had to deal with fron PHL has been great.
He was very patient and cooperative in working with me through my work schedule of 12 hour rotating night shifts. He answered all my questions or at least was able to point me to the proper persons for the answers.
Dentails were communicated clearly.
It was easy to contact Ross with any questions we had.
