Always had my questions answered promptly. The process was way too long, but that was not Ross's fault.
I appreciate the overall experience of helping me understand the loan process and helping me achieve my financial goal.
I was concerned about how the funding would go as I received an email from an unknown person telling me the bank information to wire the funds I feel this should have been put in the portal in order to curb any fraud
