    Ross always got me answers as fast as he could. He kept me in the loop on all changes that were coming. He also communicated a lot to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Couldn't ask for anything else to be better.

    Ross was the primary and only reason I stayed with this loan. There were a few issues but he saw me through. Lisa was also exceptional in providing exceptional service
