I loved how Robert took the time to explain everything really clearly. He knows his stuff but didn’t make me feel stupid as a first time homebuyer. He quickly responded to emails and texts and was great to work with.
Great communication and a great rate. Will definitely seek out Robert again in the future.

Robert was on top of it. However if you self employed be ready for an excessive amount of documentation.
Very good process. Austin was great communicator, and from contact to closing only took 3 weeks.

I’m not the loan officer who doesn’t answer the phone if I don’t have an answer. I’m the loan officer who answers the phone and says ‘I don’t have an answer yet, but I’m pushing. I’ll get you an answer.’ People take comfort in that.
My specialty, I would say, is first-time homebuyers. I actually teach a class to first-time homebuyers at the Bentonville Library about ten times a year. I enjoy the process and I enjoy talking about the process and educating people on the process. First time home buyers are nice. They get more out of it.
