I’m not the loan officer who doesn’t answer the phone if I don’t have an answer. I’m the loan officer who answers the phone and says ‘I don’t have an answer yet, but I’m pushing. I’ll get you an answer.’ People take comfort in that.
My specialty, I would say, is first-time homebuyers. I actually teach a class to first-time homebuyers at the Bentonville Library about ten times a year. I enjoy the process and I enjoy talking about the process and educating people on the process. First time home buyers are nice. They get more out of it.
