The bank of Little Rock was easy to work with, however I would not recommend them to a friend. They sold my loan immediately to Rocket mortgage. If I had gone with rocket mortgage originally I could have gotten 1% off of my first years payments...

I am disappointed because I wanted to go with a local bank. I understand that Banks sell loans. But if I had gone with rocket mortgage originally I could have saved $80 a month off of my first years payments as well as gotten a lower interest...
