Jacob was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all areas to assist us with our loan. He was also willing to help by coordinating issues with the realtor a few times. He is greatly appreciated!
We have worked with Rich Allensworth in the past and had another great experience working with him on a refinance this time! Communication was great and he was always quick to answer questions for us

I’m not the loan officer who doesn’t answer the phone if I don’t have an answer. I’m the loan officer who answers the phone and says ‘I don’t have an answer yet, but I’m pushing. I’ll get you an answer.’ People take comfort in that.
My specialty, I would say, is first-time homebuyers. I actually teach a class to first-time homebuyers at the Bentonville Library about ten times a year. I enjoy the process and I enjoy talking about the process and educating people on the process. First time home buyers are nice. They get more out of it.
