Robby made our experience great, he went above and beyond for us. He did thinks like noted our schedules so not to call to late in the evening as we get up super early for work. He answered all our questions quickly and spoke to us with respect....

Lack of communication from our loan processor made the process more stressful than it needed to be. If I had to do this over, I would work with a local lender who would communicate directly with our agent. We asked if we could close earlier...
