It was not Rick or Kenzie that cause the ok rating. It is the underwriters and underwriting process that was not as well. if not for Rick I would have found another bank for yhe the loan.

Everything is sleays always great except the last 2 times the spouse had to be taken off of the loan in the last minute Need to know this much sooner . Also was told it was submitted for a clear to close on Wednesday, Monday morning... still...
