Rick worked through a couple different hurdles changing from fha to a conventional and did a rapid re-score allowing us to get a better interest rate...he did all of this and still had us closed without delays

Rick was amazing! Everything else was.. to put it mildly, B/S I put 50 percent down on DSCR loan and they put me through the ringer. I've never had to produce more documentation in my life for anything ! Never again will I use them.
