Rick Scherer

Mr.Scherer was very understanding of our needs and I feel did his best to help at explaining what was needed to complete the loan process.I would be happy to recommend him to others in the home buying process.

Rick Scherer and his team made this purchase a very easy and painless experience. If I find out that any of my family or friends are looking to purchase a new house I will be referencing him.

Rick was very helpful and understanding throughout my whole home-buying journey. He single handedly made it possible for me to buy a house that I loved after I had given up hope in this bleak market.

Communication.
