Rick Scherer

Quick and efficient. Great communication.

Rick and Brenda make everything easy and my job as a real estate agent better!!!

Thank you again for the communication throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure working with you!

I have to say, Rick is fantastic. He exudes friendliness and intelligence in everything he does. And let's not forget about his partner Brenda - she's truly amazing! Without a doubt, I'll be recommending them to all of my friends and family....

Rick was great and always available to run #'s for a client no matter what time of day. Is great with communicating and problem solving. Would definitely recommend Rick

Rick was a straight shooter and incredibly knowledgeable! Other lenders took forever to get back and none could match what Rick could offer! This was our 3rd home buying experience and by far the best largely due to Rick and his fantastic work!...

Rick is literally the man!!!! I’ve found my new lender without a doubt. I just hate that it took me so long to realize this 😩

That’s was very quick and easy process. Thank you Rick and your team, much appreciated for your effort. I will recommend you to whoever is ready for with you.

Rick and Brenda are the dream team! This transaction was a little bit of a doozy needing two re-inspections prior to closing. The most recent one the day before closing day! Not only did we get everything done in time on my end but Cleared...

Rick was very communicative and informative. He was also very kind when it came to explaining things that I didn’t understand.
