Rick Scherer

Rick has excellent communication skills! He kept us informed every step of the way. Every time I called him he answered. He also got the loan clear to close in record time! Very impressed. I would love to work together in the future!

Rick had the client's best interest at heart and fought tooth and nail to make the deal happen in the timeline that was best for the client and within his budget!

Rick alway answers the phone and keeps you informed throughout the entire process. He has a wide variety of loan products, making him a good fit for buyers at any price point.

I love how fast the team pulled everything together. I was told I would get some of my money back on the appraisal, I asked and never heard back about that. Also it was very hard to learn what my mortgage will be every month, I feel this is...

What made it so much is Rick answered every question I with professionalism, patience and courtesy.
