THE BEST. So easy and much less stress than I anticipated.
Rick always took the time to explain the ins and outs of the loan process. He went above and beyond to make sure I was approved with a loan I would be happy with. He was ultra responsive and very knowledgeable. Overall a great experience!

I worked with Rick and his team 5 years ago when I purchased my house, and when it came to refinance after a remodel I knew who to contact. I was not disappointed, and had the same great experience both times. Highly, highly recommended.
Timely service and updates on the process. Would have been nice to know to sign the documents before signing...

Excellent communication
The customer service was prompt, friendly, and efficient. Additionally they have upped their technology since the last time I refinanced making it significantly more convenient to provide them the information they requested for closing.
Rick got back to me quickly and and answered questions thoroughly. I was kept up to date on everything as it transpired through the entire process.
