TOTAL integrity, thorough knowledge, adapts to changing situations/needs, and highly responsive communications. We started with Rick, now our son and daughter have also both used him, with similar results.
Rick gave us the tools to compete in a difficult market. He removed obstacles in the process to help us get the house we wanted. Communication was timely throughout the process and we closed early.
