Other than the 2nd lien holder (certified funding) hiccups on closing day, the experience was rather seamless. Rick and Andy were diligent and engaged both on our end and the back office for the duration of the purchase experience.

Their willingness to explain the process to someone who has had little experience with the process

Good communication. Closed on time. One thing that could use improvement is the disconnect from the app and the emails. Every now and then we had a hard time finding things that needed doing on the app after having an email saying we needed...

Rick was very communicative throughout the process. Was very quick to respond to any question. Very knowledgeable of his craft. Excellent experience

Quick and efficient

Very prompt in information needed to sign, emails, text messages, always available to answer any questions we had in a reasonable amount of time.
