Richie was great at his job. Answered most of the questions I had during our refinance. However his assistant is not very good with customer service. Thats why four stars not 5.
Richie was fast, knowledgeable, and stayed in contact through the entire process. Highly recommended. I would use him again if you’re looking for an informed partner that will make the process easy and fast he’s your guy.
