1 Loan condition needs improvement to adjust the 10-31 loan to allow unused portion of funds to carry over as proof of cash reserves.

Richard and team gave us clear communication throughout our loan any questions we had were given complete breakdown answers for the duration of our whole loan process from start to finish.
