I have closed on a lot of homes and I would have to say that this one was one of the most stressful ones i have dealt with.I like Richard as a person .He is straight forward but maybe it's the staff.

Richard is alwasy a professional and treats the clients I send his way top notch. He is good at communicating with clients and getting them what they need. I will continue to use his services and recommned him.

This is the first time we borrowed to buy a house. Richard did a great job helping us through the process.

Richard Lamotte was great, but the lender was terrible, asking for things an hour before closing & even after closing.
