This buyer refused to turn in required documents and fought me from day one. I had to save the transaction from denial twice. It is impossible to do my job effectively, under circumstances like this one.
Mr Lamotte is very professional and very knowledgeable. He stayed in contact with us through the entire process. I highly recommend Mr. Lamotte for anyone wanting to purchase a home.
