Better communicatio. Elaine was not customer friendly and did not properly communicate and her attitude was not pleasan. Reid was great throughout the process and was able to get the answers I needed and kept me from backing out of the application...

Although, both Sinclair and Kenzy did an excellent job getting this simple refi that took approximately 5 months to complete your company consistently dropped the ball.The last act of inefficacy was withdrawing 1203.00 for an automated payment....
