Reid is very knowledgeable, but was not afraid to admit he did not know something. However, he always found me an answer after consulting with the right people or even figuring it out himself.

Reid was very helpful and accomodating the whole process. There were some bumps in the road and he always made sure to communicate with me quickly to get things taken care of.
