He always responded promptly , seemed to genuinely ne interested in finding and facilitating a loan that suited our needs and was a pleasure to work with.
He did not hesitate to explain anything to me that I did not understand. He was very kind and politely mannered. I felt like the process was very easy. He took his time to make sure I understood every little detail.
Raffi was awesome! He answered all of my questions and walked me through the entire process. He stayed on top of the process and informed me of every update. I would definitely recommend working with him.
