Not nearly as grueling as I’ve heard it to be! Great experience.
Poor communication, constant errors that we had to catch. Repeated requests for the same information. I will go out of my way to avoid TB at this point. You are getting a reputation in the community and it is not a good one.
Communication was great. Never had a question that was left unanswered. Not a fan of the underwriters.
