We're committed to providing exceptional service, so it's wonderful to know you had a positive experience.
Honestly, there were many hiccups, paperwork like co-borrower vs co-signer messed up, being told "you're all good to go!" Just to have something else pop up. It was not an easy process and many times I felt needlessly obtuse.
