Green Bay Branch, WI

Everything went extremely well, thank you Patricia!! Patricia and her team were great at communicating and were extremely helpful throughout the process. Thank you so much!!

Very responsive in communications and services. Very knowledgeable and open to any questions.

Definitely put the time and effort in to help walk us through the whole process.

She worked very hard to help me close on my refinance

Loan officer was quick response on answering questions, on time with send us documents to signed and gave us the best rate.

I had some issues with trying to do the esigning that was necessary so that is the only reason I wrote ok. This was not Pattie's fault but still an issue.

Great explanation

Well, in the 2 loan officers I had before Dustin, one for this purchase one for my purchase a few years back, Dustin was the most accessible and willing to explain and temper expectations. It was very nice.

Mostly pain free even though I find doing things on line difficult Diane walked me through my struggles with ease and compassion

Process ran very smooth. Pati worked hard to move our closing date up as well. Communication was good.
