Just the overall experience in general. If I had any questions I just shot him a text or gave him a call and he answered. He was friendly and I believe did everything in my best interest.

There was a mistake with the price of the closing clost at the end, I didn't find this out until AFTER I was at my closing appointment. I had to make another trip to the bank before I could close. There was no attempt to credit for the inconvenience....
