Green Bay Branch, WI

From the start of this process Patricia was there and explained everything in very easy terms to understand. When we had a question she was there, seemed like this should have been harder than it was. So nice to work with her.

We would turn a doc in and get told, "everything looks great we should have no problems!" only to be called the next day and get told that something wasn't approved or wouldn't work. We would send paperwork to one person and have another ask...

Smooth process personable and professional help.

Personal involvement and caring. Unrelentless commitment to satisfaction

Erik was always responsive and willing to answer any questions I had.

Diane always answered our questions in a timely manor. Diane also explained the process in detail. If I had to ask ask a question again she was always patient. Her advice was good and helped us save money for long term. I also loved her personality...

Diane did everything under the sun to help us get a loan for our home and then went even further to make sure we got the best rate for us. It was a difficult process and she helped us navigate like the pro she is.
