Brian was able describe the process to me very clearly and he followed up without my prompting. I had a couple scheduling complications and he was able to be be flexible enough to provide me a great deal in the end, and get my refinancing complete...

Rose Marie has been going above and beyond for us for years. She helped us when our credit wasn't great to get it in better shape and now that we are in a stronger position she helped guide us through a purchase without a realtor.
