Clear communication.
John makes the overall refinance process very easy to understand. He is always available and quick to answer any questions that I had throughout the process. I would and have recommended John for anyone buying or refinancing a house.
Overall, the experience was fine. It felt very automated, like an assembly line, not overly personal. Our past experience with a local bank was more personal, and didn't just feel like a transaction.
