We were never left "in the dark" about any part of the process. Questions, however trite, were answered courteously and professionally.
Stacey was wonderful, she not only helped us every step of the way to get the house we wanted at the lowest rate, but she explained every part and answered all 3000 questions we probably asked. I'd use her again in a second!
