It very easy to work with you and the closing was a smooth process.
The team was very pleasant to work with. We were informed each step of the way. If we had any questions we just asked and had our answer within hours. Submitting the documents on line quickened the process as well.
Bill and his team are very responsive and ensured that the hardest part of the refi process is signing all the documents at the end!
The mortgage app made it simple to keep on top of all the paperwork needed for the refinance.
