Bill was very responsive to all of our communicstions . Additionally, MortgageCoach is great software that made understanding payments and other parts of the loan intuitive.

The level of communication was excellent (except for a short lull in the middle due to the volatility of the market at the time - I learned later) the ease of paperwork, and explanaition of process was great.
