The process is too slow and demands too much excruciating detailed in information on the part of the customer. Frustratingly slow - had to call many times to find out where we were in the process.
I had a lot of communication with the team and they were willing to answer any questions, no matter how small or silly.
Good communication throughout.
Brian was always quick to respond, provided detailed yet clear information, and was able to get us a great rate! He also took a phone call from a sellers agent in the evening, which makes a difference in this competitive market!
